€7.5m to improve competitiveness in retail sector

The Catalan government is this year to devote €7.5m (almost a million more than 2016) to improving retail competitiveness, business minister Jordi Baiget said yesterday, during the inauguration of the Setmana del Comerç in the Llotja de Mar in Barcelona. Retail week runs until March 26 and aims to spread knowledge of the sector and convince the public of the importance of the retail sector.
