Talks for General Hospital purchase confirmed
The Catalan health department and Quirón Salut, which owns the Hospital General de Catalunya, yesterday made a joint announcement that talks are underway to reach an agreement to purchase the hospital. In October, the department expressed a wish to buy the hospital, and minister Antoni Comín insisted talks were going ahead. Yet, it is the first time Quirón has publicly confirmed them.
