Half of sexual abuse victims are under-18s
Half of all victims of violence and sexual abuse are under 18. In 2016, there were 713 cases of abuse and 254 cases of sexual aggression against under-18s. What’s more 30% of secondary school children report being the object of sexual aggression at least once in the past academic year. These are some of the data in the study Aquí, avui, encara, presented yesterday by the Save the Children NGO.
