Andorra rules to share its tax data from 2018

The Andorran parliament has unanimously approved a law that will force its bank to automatically share its clients tax information with the 28 countries of the European Union. The first transfer of information is to take place in June 2018 with data from the end of 2017. The new law is a result of Andorra's adherence to the OECD's CRS (Common Reporting Standard), which has 101 signatories.
