Normal workday for officials opposed to 6-D
Yesterday was a normal workday for those mayors and town councillors who decided not to celebrate Spanish Constitution Day. No official figures were available due to the difficulty of centralising data. The Association of Municipalities for Independence (AMI) limited itself to confirming that some 250 municipalities governed by pro-sovereignty majorities had chosen to work and that throughout the morning a hundred more joined them. In total it is thought that thousands chose to work on 6-D.
