Catalan women the longest living in Europe
Catalan women are the European women who live longest, with an average life expectancy of 86.1 years. Catalan men, meanwhile, come in 6th place in the EU, at 80.5 years. This is according to the Catalan government's health report for 2016, presented yesterday for the fourth year in a row. The report also found that some 83% of Catalans have a positive perception of their health.
