Catalonia's foreign population fell 0.5% in 2015
The municipal census shows that Catalonia's foreign population dropped by 0.5% in 2015. After successive rises in the foreign population in recent years, 2015 was the first to show a significant decrease, according to the Institut d'Estadística de Catalunya yesterday. The counties that saw the largest decline are the Pallars Jussà and Sobirà and Montsià, with a decrease of around 7%.
