Housing prices predicted to increase

The president of the Catalan association of building developers (PACE), Lluís Marsà, has predicted “pressures” that could cause a rise in housing prices again if the government does not free up undeveloped land in areas where there is demand for housing. “We have not been moving forward for 10 years now and there is still demand in areas which is being ignored,” he said.
