Abertis gains full control of French subsidiary
Abertis has finally taken 100% control of its motorway subsidiary in France, with an investment of €238m to acquire the 5.1% of Sanef's capital it lacked, the Catalan multinational has informed the National Securities Market Commission (CNMV in Spanish). The firm estimates the 5.1% acquisition will increase net profits by €15 million in 2017, although costs will also increase.
