Court reafirm’s Panrico strike was legal

The Supreme Court has dismissed an appeal filed by the Panrico company in considering that the recent strike by workers was legal. The Court, in a ruling of 3 May 2017 dismissed the appeal and confirmed the judgment of the local court in Sabadell which had already stated at the time that the strike was legal. The company had wanted to take disciplinary measures against the workers.
