A debilitated UK begins Brexit talks today
Almost a year after the Brexit referendum resulted in the UK’s decision to leave the EU, the talks for the political and economic divorce begin today. The recent elections which backfired on Theresa May have left the government weakened as the talks begin. What many hoped would be a tough stand from London may end with Britain pleading to maintain access to the Common Market.
