Mourinho latest to be charged with tax fraud

The media’s focus on football is these days centred on the Madrid tax fraud office and alleged fiscal irregularities committed by various big names of the game. The case of José Mourinho was yesterday added to that brought against Cristiano Ronaldo, who the public prosecutor has accused of defrauding the tax authorities of €14.7 million. The former Real Madrid manager, now at Manchester United, has been accused of defrauding the Spanish Treasury of €3.3 million from his image rights.
