Catalan firms increase spending on personnel
Some 35% of Catalan companies increased their spending on human resources in 2016. That is according to the Guia del Mercat Laboral 2017 from the Hays consultancy. Nevertheless, more than half (56%) of the companies surveyed said that they had not changed their human resources strategy from the previous year, when the figure was 28%.
