Top chefs meet for Restaurant magazine event
Five of the seven chefs who have at some point held the number one ranking on the list The World’s 50 Best Restaurants were in Barcelona yesterday to celebrate the 15th anniversary of a ranking that has managed to gain much media prominence over the years. Expectations were high in the old Damm factory, the venue that Restaurant magazine had chosen to hold the talk, which included culinary superstars Ferran Adrià, René Redzepi of Noma, Joan Roca, Daniel Humm, and Will Guidara.
