Belmonte breaks 400m medley world record

The great form Ba dalona swimmer Mireia Belmonte is in was underlined yesterday when she broke the 400m medley world record in Eindhoven to bag yet another gold medal. Belmonte set a record of 4:18.94, beating the previous mark of 4:19.46 from 2015. It is her fifth world record, with the 400m, 800m and 1,500 m freestyle and the 200m butterfly.
