Rajoy to appear before Congress over Gürtel case
The Spanish prime minister, Mariano Rajoy, will have to give explanations before Congress regarding corruption in his party, the PP. Rajoy will have to appear in an extraordinary plenary session in the lower house to give details of the Gürtel plot after the PNB, which has a deciding vote on the matter, announced it would vote in favour of the motion.
