Nice’s Seri no longer on Barça’s shopping list

All indications were that Jean Michael Seri would be the next Barça summer signing. In fact, the official announcement was expected yesterday, once Barça and Nice had agreed transfer terms. But instead, the deal suffered a last minute twist when Barça decided to pull out for “technical reasons”, leaving further question marks over the club’s transfer strategy.
