Labour’s Jacinda Ardern NZ Prime Minister at 37

The leader of the New Zealand Labour Party, Jacinda Ardern, will be the youngest prime minister of the country thanks to a coalition agreement with New Zealand First led by Winston Peters, and the Greens, Labour’s traditional ally, replacing National’s Bill English whose party has been in power since 2008. Peters, the most veteran MP in Parliament, said that New Zealand needed the change.
