Flu vaccination programme starts on Monday
The flu vaccination campaign begins Monday with the Health Service focussing on pregnant women. Taking into account that in Catalonia only 3% are vaccinated while in Europe the average is 32.6%, the objective is “to see the figure reach 20%.” Service head, Joan Guix, made it clear at the presentation of the campaign that “the flu vaccine is completely safe, both for women and for the fetus.”
