Acciona sells Transmed ferry line for €260m
Acciona group, chaired by José Manuel Entrecanales, has sold its 92.71% share in Trasmediterranea to the Naviera Armas group for €260.4 million. The group yesterday informed the Spanish market supervisory body, the CNMV, of the sale. Naviera Armas has assumed the payment of a debt of €127.3 million Trasmediterranea has with Acciona.
