CaixaBank promotes cultural diversity
CaixaBank is a pioneering organisation in management diversity in Spain, with a specialised team that coordinates transversal projects in which it is promoting multiple dimensions of work: cultural, gender, functional and generational. These include initiatives to promote diversity in international banking, an area which represents a key element in the business model. CaixaBank has 26 operational branches and representative offices n 18 countries and multicultural teams that carry out specific projects to ensure local characteristics which meet the needs in each territory as well as an Equality Plan to promote gender equality with 42% of the bank’s international management positions being held by women.
