Macron to lead November 13 commemoration

French President Emmanuel Macron, will today lead the ceremony in homage to the victims of the attacks that on November 13, 2015 claimed the lives of 130 people in Paris and Saint Denis, a commemoration that is taking place just at a time that France is undertaking a complete review the terrorist threat. Macron will not deliver a speech in a ceremony limited to a one-minute silence.
