Offensive against states that have rejected refugees

The European Commission yesterday sent three Member States to the EU Court of Justice (ECJ) for refusing to accept quotas of refugees during the last two years. Hungary, Poland and the Czech Republic all refused to take part in the plan of distribution of tens of thousands of asylum seekers from Italy and Greece in the 2015 crisis to relieve those countries of taking the full burden.
