Stuani takes FC Girona to 7th on the table
Girona’s Cristhian Stuani took La Liga newcomers Girona to 7th on the 1st division table yesterday. The Uruguayan scored with a header from a centre by Mojica in the 5th minute of play at the Monitilivi stadium. Girona bounced back from a loss last week after a stint of five games without loss. While yesterday’s game was technically not sound, the club is making its presence felt.
