Judge decides to send CDC’s 3% case to Madrid
The presiding judge in el Vendrell has decided to pass the case of the alleged financing of Convergència Democràtica de Catalunya (CDC), known as the “3% case”, on to the Audiencia Nacional in Madrid, considering that from evidence in the criminal investigation in 2015, it could represent “serious fraud harmful to the national economy”, which is one of the reasons for referring cases to the court.
