New bus routes with Metro regularity
The Metropolitan Area of Barcelona (AMB) plans to create two new bus services this year. The first, Metrobus, will link municipalities bordering Barcelona, and is expected to expand the high frequency service with routes in the metropolitan area. The second, also for this year is the Metropolitan Express bus connecting Castelldefels and Barcelona. The Express will be a more direct route with fewer stops. In the future we can expect to see Gava, Viladecans and Sant Boi brought into the system.
