Activity up 54% at Barcelona’s port in January
The Port of Barcelona has begun 2018 recording growth of 54.5% in activity in all segments of traffic, consolidating the increases of 2017 when it achieved the best results in its history, according to the statement released yesterday by the Port Authority. Total traffic, including all cargo sectors reached 5.6 million tons. As for container traffic, growth was up 48% over January 2017.
