VidaCaixa earnings up 28.8% in 2017
VidaCaixa, the insurance subsidiary of CaixaBank earned €634 million in 2017, 28.8% more than the previous year, and closed one of the best years in its history, driven by €50 million extraordinary revenues. CEO Tomás Muniesa explained in Madrid yesterday that this development is also due to the good performance of individual savings, especially newspaper and pension plans.
