Cardenal Omella presents pastoral plan for diocese
The Cardinal Archbishop of Barcelona, Joan Josep Omella proposes to give his archdiocese a new focus by leaving the churches open for more hours, adopting a more austere approach and involving the laity to a greater degree, promoting better music in masses and focusing on the poor, youth and fraternity, “especially given the delicate sociopolitical situation we are living through.”
