Judge orders Trump to restart DACA programme
In a further setback for Donald Trump, a 3rd federal judge has ordered the administration to restart the DACA programme that shields young undocumented immigrants known as “Dreamers” from deportation and, in a first, to accept new applicants to the programme. The judge gave the Homeland Security Department 90 days to come up with reasonable case to refute his ruling.
