Border speakers coming down on Korean frontier

North and South Korea began dismantling loudspeakers that blared propaganda across their heavily fortified border for decades on Tuesday, South Korea’s defence ministry said, fulfilling a promise made at last week’s summit. Moon has also asked the UN to provide assistance in the shutting down of the north’s nuclear programme.
