Eighteen injured at Iniesta interview
Eighteen people, two of them minors, suffered mostly heavy bruising when one of the stands collapsed during the filming of a TV interview with Barça star Andrés Iniesta yesterday. The accident occurred around noon at the municipal stadium La Satalia, in the district of Sants-Montjuïc. According to sources of Barcelona City Council, the supplementary stand had been set up by the television crew and did not form part of the stadium’s facilities, although it has opened an investigation into the incident.
