Grifols invests in water and additive ventures

Grifols will invest €5.5 million to build a plant for bottling mineral water with a production capacity of 10 million litres of water for Aigües de Vilajuïga, a company it acquired last year, as well as investing €27.5 million to build a plant in its Parets del Vallès complex to manufacture an organic additive. The company wants to ensure that an important player in Catalonia’s mineral water industry does not disappear. The additive is Fibrisealant, one of the most effective tissue adhesives available.
