US Secretary of Commerce says talks waste time
US Secretary of Commerce Wilbur Ross said in Paris that tariffs are not an impediment to trade negotiations in answer to EU claims supporting multi-lateral agreements covering trade. Ross claims that such agreements slow down negotiations and complicate possible solutions. Donald Trump plans to impose tariffs on EU products in just two days and shows no signs of negotiating.
