Tiana marks 18 years of door-to- door collection
The Tiana Town Council has decided to celebrate the anniversary of the arrival in Catalonia of selective door-to-door waste collection. The Maresme township was the first to introduce the system and won a number of awards in recognition of its efforts. The council has organised seminars and events related to the developments which have taken place in waste collection since then.
