Jordi Sànchez launches website
The president of the parliamentary group of Junts per Catalunya (JxCat) and former president of the ANC, Jordi Sànchez, launched his own website yesterday (jordisanchezpicanyol.cat) coinciding with the eight months he has been held in the Soto del Real prison.
Sànchez announced the site in a Tweet: “Today, coinciding with the 8 months of unjust incarceration without trial, I am launching my website. They will not silence my voice, our voice #FreeTothom # RepublicaésLibertat.” In an introduction he writes: “The right to self-determination is irrevocable and has no expiry date,” he says. As well as articles and tweets there are also interviews from newspapers such as El Punt Avui.
