At least 31 dead in possible Boko Haram attack

Blasts killed at least 31 people, including children and the elderly, in the northeast Nigerian state of Borno on Saturday, marking the largest attack in several weeks in a part of the country blighted by the Islamist militant Boko Haram insurgency. Witnesses say the blasts, including one rocket , occurred in the Damboa area in the south of the state. Borno is the area most affected by insurgents.
