Parliament will investigate effects of 155
Junts per Catalunya, ERC and the CUP have reached an agreement which will see the Catalan parliament form a commission to investigate the effects direct rule from Madrid had on Catalonia under Article 155. JxCat and ERC finally accepted CUP’s proposal to include the days and events surrounding the October 1 referendum and the October 3 strike. Details will be decided in July.
