Taking the plunge for Multiple Sclerosis
It is now a tradition and in its 25th year. All over Catalonia people lined the shores of Catalan beaches and if they could not make it there, filled municipal swimming pools to “take the plunge” for multiple sclerosis. This year organisers calculate that the countless participants raised over €35,000 for the cause. The association says in Catalonia over 7,500 people suffer from the disease.
