Ros appointed ambassador to Andorra
The current mayor of Lleida and the president of the PSC, Àngel Ros, will renounce his positions after being proposed to represent Spain as ambassador to Andorra by foreign affairs minister Josep Borell. The appointment caused surprise, even in party circles, but is expected to be made official by the cabinet most probably on Friday. Ros has been mayor of Lledia for the last 14 years.
