New summit between Koreas in September

Representatives of the two Koreas yesterday agreed to hold a new meeting in Pyongyang in September. It is expected that the new summit will serve to advance the Panmunjom Declaration, signed by both governments at the first meeting, in which they committed to strengthening ties and working for the “total denuclearisation” of the Korean peninsula.
