Skripal may have helped CNI with Russsian mafias

The former Russian double agent Sergei Skripal, poisoned by Russian spies with a powerful nerve agent, may have been working with members of Spain’s CNI in the fight against organised crime, according to the New York Times which was quoting Fernando Rueda, writer and recognised expert in espionage. The newspaper also detailed reveals parallels between the poisoning of turned agent FSB Aleksandr Litvinenko killed in 2006 and the attempt on Skripal in Salisbury.
