Guaranteed income to include gender victims

The Catalan parliament unanimously approved a bill yesterday proposed by the PSC that modifies the law on guaranteed minimum incomes which was passed in passed in 2017, to include homeless people, victims of gender violence and other groups benefiting from public or private benefits of residential, social, health or social welfare services, such as patients treated for mental illness.
