Municipalities united against legal prostitution

Legalising prostitution is legalising inequality, according to a network of over 100 Catalan municipalities, represented yesterday by female mayors and councillors, who spoke out about prostitution and the trafficking of women, at the launch in Barcelona of a documentary by Mabel Lozano, called “The Pimp”. In their manifesto they call for the purchasing of sexual services to be criminalised.
