Generalitat appeals against Sixena order
Despite the decision of State Minister for Culture Íñigo Méndez de Vigo who is acting as head of the Catalan department to cease legal actions in the case of the Sixena heritage collections, the Generalitat’s legal office has decide to appeal against the court order to return 44 pieces of the collection to Aragon on December 11. Méndez de Vigo had accepted the court’s ruling.
