Electoral Commission cuts Brussels coverage
TV3 was unable to provide in-depth coverage of the demonstration organised by the ANC and Òmnium in Brussels due to the requirements of the Electoral Commission citing pluralism in an election campaign. TV3’s news director David Bassa said the restriction was “ painful” adding that private channels could provide images and information about the event while the CCMA could not.
