Vilanova’s port uplift arrives with 15 year delay
Vilanova i la Geltrú has inaugurated the reformed plaça del Port, the second-to-last step in a project of the remodelling of the seafront first mooted more than 15 years ago. The project involved removing tanks to integrate the space with the marina and fishing port and also 13,000 m² of pavement has been remodeled. The passeig Marítim is still to be started but so far no date has been set.
