Royal Caribbean wants spot in cruise terminal

US Royal Caribbean cruise line has requested permission from the Port of Barcelona to remodel and manage Terminal C, according to sources confirmed by the port authority yesterday. The line follows in the footsteps of the other two major cruise companies wanting their own terminals in the Catalan capital. MSC asked for permission to build a new terminal last September which is still pending, and Carnival already has two of its own, the terminals D and E, that have been in operation since April 2017.
