Police charge monitors of child who drowned
The Catalan police yesterday charged the two monitors of a seven-year-old who drowned in the swimming pool of the Club Tennis Borges, in Borges Blanques, with causing death by negligence. One of the monitors is underage and neither have been detained. The child, from Omellons (Garrigues), died on Thursday doing sporting activities organised by Esport Actiu.
