Public prosecutor: bows are freedom of expression

The Spanish public prosecutor, Maria José Segarra, considers putting yellow bows on public roads in protest against the imprisonment of Catalan leaders to be a sign of freedom of expression and not a crime. Neither does she deem it a crime to remove them from public roads, as supporters of the imprisonment of Catalan pro-independence leaders are doing.
